We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we are here to assist you.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- The item must have a manufacturing defect or be damaged during shipping.
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with aesthetic preferences.
2. Return Request Process
- Email our customer service team at info@daskooltoy.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
- Our team will assess your request within 2–5 business days and provide instructions on how to proceed.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
- If your return is approved due to a defect or shipping damage, Daskool Toy will cover the full cost of return shipping.
- If the return is not due to a defect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.
4. Refunds or Replacements

- full or partial refund to your original payment method
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
5. Non-returnable Items
- Custom or limited-edition products
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
