Return policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we are here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must have a manufacturing defect or be damaged during shipping.
  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with aesthetic preferences.

2. Return Request Process

  1. Email our customer service team at info@daskooltoy.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
  3. Our team will assess your request within 2–5 business days and provide instructions on how to proceed.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • If your return is approved due to a defect or shipping damage, Daskool Toy will cover the full cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is not due to a defect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.

4. Refunds or Replacements

  • replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
  • store credit
  • full or partial refund to your original payment method

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

5. Non-returnable Items

  • Custom or limited-edition products
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
